As you are aware, we are in the midst of an unprecedented public health crisis from the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation changes daily, with new restrictions, new policies, new school closures being announced. We are following the guidance from the CDC, World Health Organization (WHO) and Texas public health department to inform our decision-making.
We are remaining open for appointments with our increased sanitation measures to prevent the spread of the virus and limiting large numbers of stylists and guests coming in at the same time.
Some changes you may notice:
· Water is available by request only in disposable cups.
· Magazines will be removed. Please bring your devices or your own reading material for entertainment.
· Frequent spray and wipe down of all common area surfaces, bathrooms, light switches, doorknobs, facets, and stylist stations between every client will continue.
· Hand sanitizer is available at front door, front desk and at all stations throughout.
· We will kindly send home any guest or employee who is unwell.
We urge you not to come in if you have had or been around anyone who has a fever or has been ill recently or recently traveled internationally.
We have offered our independent stylists the flexibility to change hours, days or remove themselves from the schedule entirely during this outbreak. Each team member’s circumstance is unique, and we are adapting to their needs as much as possible. In the event that your appointment is impacted by staffing changes, we will reach you via text message or phone call ASAP. We will rebook impacted appointments with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Our front desk guest service staff, whom is employed by Ringlets and Sass, will not be working the next two weeks. We appreciate your understanding in this temporary change. So please check in and out with your stylist when arriving for your appointment.
Our phones will still be answered and we will accommodate you as much as possible. Each stylist who chooses to work will be following the increased guidelines for safety and cleanliness.
Likewise, we request that if you would like to cancel your appointment that you please do so with as much notice as possible to allow us to adapt and accommodate others.
As this situation is unprecedented, we ask for your understanding and patience as we adapt to changing circumstances. The health of our staff, you and our community is our top priority!
